All Lucky Dreams bonus offers are limited to one per player and their associated details, including home address, email, IP address, phone number, payment accounts (e-wallets, credit/debit cards), and devices (computer, tablet, or mobile).

All players can claim bonuses unless restricted by country regulations.

Restricted Countries

Bonuses are not available to players from: Bulgaria, Macedonia, Republic of Moldova, Philippines, Sierra Leone, Spain, Belarus, Ukraine.

Players residing outside these restricted countries may still qualify for bonuses but must provide proof of address if requested. Failure to confirm residency may result in voided winnings.

Bonus Abuse & Restrictions

Players must not abuse bonus offers. If the Casino detects bonus abuse, it reserves the right to restrict access to future bonuses and cancel any winnings earned through bonus funds.

Using strategies to meet wagering requirements unfairly may result in bonus and winnings cancellation. This includes but is not limited to:

• Switching between games with different wagering contributions to maximize bonus benefits.
• Low-risk betting systems (e.g., Martingale, D’Alembert) that guarantee minimal losses.
• Reducing stake size by more than 80% after a significant win to complete wagering with low risk.
• Betting on both outcomes in games with binary choices (e.g., red/black in roulette).
• Using bonus features strategically (e.g., doubling winnings through game mechanics while betting minimally to meet wagering).
• Placing large bets on high RTP (Return to Player) games to reduce the house edge while fulfilling wagering requirements.
• Abusing bonus rounds and free spins to maximize winnings while minimizing risk.
• Using automated or algorithmic betting patterns designed to maximize bonus usage.

Bonus Conditions

All bonuses follow UTC time zone.

Bonuses come with:

Unless otherwise specified, all deposit bonuses, free spins, and their winnings must be wagered 40x before withdrawal and must be used within 7 days from activation.

Maximum Bet During Bonus Wagering

Unless otherwise stated, the maximum bet while wagering a bonus is:

• 50 NOK, 100 ZAR, 500 INR

For cryptocurrency bets, the max bet will be equivalent to 5 USD based on the daily exchange rate.

This includes bonus round purchases, bet doubling, and any feature buy-ins. Exceeding this limit may result in forfeiting the bonus and winnings.

Bonus & Winnings Withdrawal Rules

• Winnings from bonuses are withdrawable only after wagering is fully met.
• Withdrawals before wagering completion will void the bonus and related winnings.
• Real money is used first, followed by bonus funds. If bonus funds are lost, the bonus is canceled.
• Bonuses and winnings expire if wagering is not completed within the given period.
• Players can cancel an active bonus anytime before wagering begins without losing personal funds.
• Bonuses are automatically canceled if the player’s balance drops below:
  • 0.05 EUR/USD/CAD/AUD/NZD/CHF/ZAR/USDT/USDC
  • 0.000001 BTC

Only one active bonus is allowed at a time. Deposit bonuses cannot be combined.

Delayed Game Rounds & Bonus Abuse

• Delaying bonus rounds/free spins until wagering is completed is prohibited.
• Depositing while holding unused bonus features is not allowed.
• Violations may result in bonus removal and winnings forfeiture.

Bonus Winnings Caps

Unless otherwise stated in the Promotion Terms, winnings from any deposit bonus offer are capped at:

• 5000 USD/EUR/CAD/AUD/NZD/CHF/USDT/USDC
• 50000 NOK, 100000 ZAR
• Cryptocurrency equivalents will be based on EUR exchange rates at withdrawal.

Exceeding the limit may result in forfeiture of surplus winnings.

No Deposit Bonuses & Free Spins

If a player has never made a deposit, winnings from No Deposit Bonuses or Free Spins are capped at:

• 200 USD/EUR/CAD/AUD/NZD/CHF/USDT/USDC
• 2000 NOK, 4000 ZAR, 20000 INR

For players who have deposited, winnings from No Deposit Free Spin offers are capped at:

• 300 USD/EUR/CAD/AUD/NZD/CHF/USDT/USDC
• 3000 NOK, 6000 ZAR, 30000 INR

Winnings from No Deposit Bonuses (goodwill/loyalty) are capped at:

Cryptocurrency caps will be based on USD exchange rates at cashout.

Any winnings exceeding these limits may be forfeited.

Bonus Stage Exploitation

Players are prohibited from using bonus funds solely to progress in bonus rounds (e.g., collecting items to trigger bonus stages and then using real money to complete them).

• Any winnings gained using this tactic may be voided.

The Casino reserves the right to revoke bonuses and winnings if obtained dishonestly or in violation of these terms.
